Stylistically somewhere between the ‘painted leaves’ song form of Ryan Adams and the sprawling string-scapes and meandering word smithery of the likes of Nick Drake and Jose Gonzalez. Blend in a touch of the Australian surf folk and coastal roots movement of the early 2000s and we have a platform for something altogether new and exploratory. Stay tuned as the pilgrimage continues.
